dEVELOPING rOLE mODELS and peer leaders
- Once students have completed the pool scuba experience they are encouraged to progress to become PADI certified divers and become role models for their peers
- Community leaders, educators, and Diving4Diversity student participants are trained to become entry level Divemaster professionals
- Ultimately each local High School program will be conducted by Diving4Diversity graduates
